I Can do Hard things
About the Inner Athlete Project

Everyday that I wake up on a steel plate bed and to the reality that I am in prison, I tell myself "I can do hard things". Then I pursue freedom with the mental strength one only acquires from battling through adversity.
The Inner Athlete Project is an invitation to take "I can do hard things" with you today and join me in facing life's challenges with a smile.
INNER ATHLETE PROJECT
Do hard things with your body, conquer your demons and find your place in this world. Go!
7 Key Concepts
•Flip self-help model from mind/mind to body/mind
•The Inner Athlete fighting spirit is within each of us and gets is power (comes alive) from physical movement
•Use body to create specific moments to dance with physical limits, creating new mental connections (resilience and self-belief are born from these moments)
•Demons that live in the mind cannot be battled by the same mind
•There is a place for each of us in this world
•Resilience and belief will be required to stand up to resistance and opposition on your way to your place in this world
•The only point to conquering your demons is because there is a better adventure
